David Byrge Jr., age 68, went home to be with the Lord on Friday February 19, 2010, in Michigan where he was surrounded by his family and friends.
He was born in Whitley County Kentucky and was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran.
He was preceded in death by Parents, Jake and Anna Ashby Byrge and by two Sisters, Lucille Swartz and Thelma Carter.
He is survived by his loving Wife, Feenie Marie Byrge; Children, Tammy Byrge; Robert Byrge and wife Emily, Dewayne Howell and wife Shelly, Katrina Sutton and husband Thomas, and Connie Myers and husband Edward; Nine Grandchildren, Duane, Brittany, Tyler, Rachel, Devin, Eddie, Brendan, Miranda, and Colton; three Great Grandchildren; three Sisters, Stella Anderson and husband Paul, Aileen Ping and husband Vernon, Mildred Duncan and husband Frank; brother in law Lloyd Swartz; and by his long time friend, business partner, like a son, Edward Dion.
Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday February 24, 2010 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Corn Creek Cemetery with Military Honors.
