Family documentation:
Two different birth dates were found: 30th and 29th of December. I've yet to find any official documentation to determine which (if either) of these dates are accurate.

OBIT:
EDMONDSON-Mrs. Phebe M. Edmondson, 78 of 3006 North Seventh, Kansas City, Kansas, died yesterday at the Bethany hospital.

Mrs. Edmondson was a member of the Quindaro Church of the Nazarene. Her husband, Samuel E. Edmondson, a metal molder for the Kansas City Journal - Post about eight years, died in January 1945.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Vivian P. Cook of the home; Mrs. Alta C. Bates, Witchita; Mrs. Anna Tate, 2508 Stewart; Mrs. Cornelia Blessington, 214 South Eleventh, and Mrs. Elzadie M. Gaunce, 4926 Georgia, Wyandotte County; and brother, Charles A. Finley, Olathe; and two sisters, Miss Anna Finley and Mrs. Sarah Hill, Gardner. Services will be held at 1 o'clock Thursday at the Quindaro Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be at Gardner.
