Lexington - Graveside services for Nathan Carroll Shealy, 91, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Emmanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 tonight at Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, Lexington Chapel. Memorials may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church. Mr. Shealy died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 1998. Born in Lexington County, he was a son of the late Junius C. and Amanda Schumpert Shealy. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. Mr. Shealy was married to the late Estelle R. Shealy. Surviving are his sons, Victor and Nathan Ray Shealy, both of Lexington; daughters, Norma Steele of West Columbia; brothers, Marvin Shealy of Leesville, Vasco Shealy of Lexington; sisters, Mozelle Derrick and Edith Arnold, both of Lexington and Marie Marsh of Leesville; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. © The State, Columbia, SC, 11 Sep 1998
