Mrs. Mary Frances Benner, wife of Harry S. Benner, 724 Second avenue, Juniata, died at 7:40 a.m. yesterday, of complications, after a short illness. Mrs. Benner was a daughter of Aaron and Mary Mallory, born at Bellefonte, November 3, 1887. She was a member of the Lutheran church at Mt. Union.

Surviving are her husband, one son and three daughters, Thomas A., Catherine and Anna Benner, at the home; Mrs. Clair Davis, Juniata; four grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters; Frank Mallory, Spruce Creek; Roland Mallory, Greenwood; William Mallory, Altoona; Mrs. W.B. Harpster, Spruce Creek, and Mrs. D.G. Miller, Tyrone.

Funeral service will be held at the home Thursday, 2 p.m., followed by interment in Greenwood cemetery.
