In addition to his mother, Brian is survived by his wife, Louanne Baily Dale; and children, Jacob Earl and twins Russell Baily and Rachel Therese; a brother, Commander Kevin Dale of the U.S. Coast Guard at Norfolk, VA, and a sister, Lauren Dale Rice of Mount Lebanon, and the late Carolyn Dale of Westmoreland City.
