Daughter of the late Shelby Julius and Gracie Perkins Warren, she was a member of First Church of God in Campbellsville and was a caregiver.
She was married to Howard Wayne Barr, who survives.
Survivors also include a daughter, Brandy Nicole Perkins Roth of Campbellsville; a son, Byron Keith Perkins of Campbellsville; a stepdaughter, Dale Hill of Louisville, Ky.; a brother, Shelby Wayne Warren of Campbellsville; two sisters, JoAnn Caldwell of Columbia, Ky. and Sharon Pike of Elk Horn, Ky.; three grandchildren, Destin, Ravane and Hannah Perkins; a great-grandchild, Adriana Thomas; two step-grandchildren, Jason Hill and Jared Hill; two step-great-grandchildren, Jaden and Landen Hill; and a special friend, Ernie Mason of Campbellsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Frances Blessitt.
Funeral was Sunday, Aug. 15 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia. Bros. Gary Tucker and Troy Grider officiated. Burial was in Robinson Chapel Cemetery in Knifley.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Henry, Jason Hill, Jared Hill, Tony Caldwell, Darrell Caldwell and Delbert Caldwell.
Honorary pallbearer was Destin Perkins.

She is the mother of Byron Keith Perkins who was featured on America's Most Wanted Dirty Dozen and the US Marshall's Top 15 for his escape from US Federal Custody. Byron used his son's (Destin) need for a kidney transplant as the means to run to Mexico with his girlfriend. He also abandoned his second wife and new baby girl (Hannah) in the process.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Ronnie Odell Perkins.
