HILL Funeral services for Robert A. Hill "Bob" will be held at 11 am on Friday August 27, 2010 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd. S., with Reverend Joseph R. Fennell officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 until 8 pm. Born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 23, 1934, Bob died in the arms of his wife here in Jacksonville earlier this week. He left this world to celebrate his 76th birthday with Jesus in August 23, 2010. Bob was a member of First Baptist Church, Jacksonville for 24 years. After serving in the Navy during the Korean War, Bob drove nearly 4 million miles, without an accident over 41 years with Greyhound Bus Lines. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 Ú years, Dorothy "Dot". He also leaves two sons, two daughters, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren along with many friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
