Delfinia, a recent resident of Albuquerque and Santa Fe and formerly of Chimayo, passed away her daughter's home in Santa Fe. She was predeceased by her husband Cecilio Baca (D: 1946); sons: Elijio (D: 1977) and Eliseo (D: 1955); and grandparents Miguel and Rafaelita C. Vigil. Identified sisters were Isabelita and Martina.
Delfinia was survived by daughter Mary Lucero of Santa Fe; 5 sons: Juan L. of Fairview, Miguel of Raton; Ursulo of Albuquerque; Celso of Pueblo, Colorado; Rosendo of Chimayo; sister Maria Lopez of Albuquerque; 29 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
A Rosary was on March 13th in Holy Family Church in Chimayo. Funeral Mass was on March 14th in the same church. Burial followed in the old Potrero Cemetery.
