Willis Adamson.

Willis Adamson was born Dec. 10, 1949, in Lee county, Iowa, and died on October 26th at 8:30 a.m. He moved to Pleasant township with his parents in May, 1852, and resided on what is the "Old Adamson Homestead" for some time. Most of this life has been spent in the vicinity of Numa and Centerville.

Mr. Adamson has been engaged in various lines of business in Numa, and about twelve years ago he and his family moved to Centerville, where he began the taxicab business and has been very successful in that line.

He is survived by a wife and one son, James, and five brothers, Mose and Noah, of Nelson, Neb.; James of Oberlin, Kansas, and Elmer and Elza, of Appanoose county, and W.H., of Houston Texas.

The funeral services will be held Thursdays morning at 11 o'clock in Numa. Rev. E.J. McKinley, of Unionville, Mo., having charge of the services.
