Anne Marie Howard, age 38, of Chester, Va., died Monday, August 23, 2010. She was born in Richmond, Va., the daughter of Andrew and Martha P. Barnes. She was a 1990 graduate of Highland Springs High School and was a loving and caring wife and mother. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Michael Lee Howard; children, Melissa Anne Howard and Andrew Michael Howard; sister, Christy Meeks and husband, Mike; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morris and Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Chester United Methodist Church. Interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, Va.
