Murder Victim. One of the victims of the DC Beltway Sniper, he was killed while standing in the stairwell of his bus. The thirty-five year old Oxen Hill resident was son of Jamaican immigrants, a husband of seventeen years, and the father of two boys. He drove for the Ride On Bus Lines; a ten-year employee of Montgomery County, Maryland. He prided himself on his pot roast and curried chicken, coached basketball at the Fort Washington Boys and Girls Club, and loved to play basketball with his sons. He was a prankster, but also the first to lend an extra hand if someone needed help.
