Billy retired from International Paper Corp. after 36 years of service. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Rendon. Survivors: Wife of 62 years, Martha Hudgins; daughter, Nelda Walters and husband, Paul; sons, Billy F. Hudgins and wife, Pam, and Owen Douglas Hudgins and wife, Diana; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers; four sisters; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
