Ruth Edith Diamond of Corvallis, formerly of Palm Springs, CA, died July 7 of age-related causes. She was 83.
She was born June 7, 1922, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to Louis and Lillian Galician Brown (Braunstein). She married Nathan Diamond on June 24, 1945, in Los Angeles. He died previously.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Steele of Bellingham, WA; a son, David of Junction City, OR; and one grandchild.
A private service was held. Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home of Junction City was in charge of arrangements.
