Mrs. J.B. Henry, 80, of 2618 Morrow Avenue died at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday in a Waco hospital. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday in Wilkerson and Hatch Chapel. Dr. Herbert Young, Dr. W.R. White and Dr. M.L. Ferguson will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Mrs. Henry lived in Waco from 1919 until 1930 when she moved to San Antonio. She moved back to Waco in 1944. She was the widow of J.B. Henry, a Waco contractor, who died in 1955. Mrs. Henry was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and the T.E.L. Sunday school class. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Velma L. Smith of 2618 Maple Avenue and Mrs. M.C. Nolan of Washington D.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Will Cardwell of Borger, Mrs. Lee Garrett of Davilla and Mrs. Delma Walker of Llano; one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren. [no source listed]
