HANNAH FRANCES WATERS BURK, 72, a South Side High School Scrapper graduate (class of 1955) lost her battle to cancer on August 17, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, AR. Frances retired from McKesson Corporation in 1998. Frances is preceded in death by her son Michael Burk and former husband and friend Bill E. Burk and is survived by her beloved twin sister Anna Sue Waters Vinson (James) of Memphis, TN, her children Gary Burk (Shirley) of Bella Vista, AR, Jennifer Burk Royds (Paul) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Randy Burk (Decrecia) of Lake Cormorant, MS, eight grandchildren, Scott Burk, Travis Burk, Hannah Burk, Jesse Burk, Madison Willis, Megan Royds, Jessica Burk and Zachary Burk, three great grandsons and her beloved cat Stalker. Visitation will be Sunday, August 22 from 2 - 5 p.m.; funeral service will be Monday, August 23 beginning at 10 a.m. with her final resting place in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery.
