Barbara (Bobbie) Pittman Babb, 72, of 112 Davenport Road, widow of James Kenneth Babb, died August 19, 2010 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Eli and Exie Mae Stamey Pittman, she was a retired employee of Her Majesty and a member of Hillside Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Jerry Babb of the home; five brothers, Luther Pittman of Landrum, Dores Pittman of Tigerville, Juan Gary Pittman of Joanna and Russell Pittman and Tracy Pittman both of Tigerville; and a sister, Margie Tucker of Landrum.
Mrs. Babb was predeceased by one brother, Arthur Pittman.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hillside Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Eddie Howard. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6:30-8:00 p.m. Friday at The Wood Mortuary.
The families are at their respective homes.
