Mrs. Reecie Brown, age 98, of Piney Creek, N.C.,
died Thursday evening, June 17, 1999, in the Ashe Living Center in Jefferson, N.C.
She was the widow of Talmadge Brown.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Ray and Ann Brown of West Jefferson, N.C.; four grandchildren: Mike Fender of Piney Creek, Pauline Sheaffer of South Carolina, Diane Corbett of Meband, N.C., and David Brown of Piney Creek, N.C; five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the GRANDVIEW MEMORIAL CHAPEL with burial in the Piney Creek Methodist Church Cemetery.
