MANSFIELD -- Kathleen Ann Decker, 56, formerly of Becky Drive, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at Crystal Care.
Born May 26, 1947, she was the daughter to Dwight and Ruth Hathway Decker.
She participated in Special Olympics and was a member of New Hope Work Shop.
Surviving are her mother, Ruth Hathway Decker Rhoads of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Dwight Decker of Phoenix, Ariz., and J. Wayne Decker of Salisbury, Md.; an aunt, Anna R. Livingstone of Bluffton; and cousin, Joyce Decker of Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, at Goodwin Memorial Chapel, Bluffton, Ind., conducted by the Rev. Jeanne Spoor. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at Emmanuel Cemetery, Wells County, Ind.
Memorials may be made to Ohio Conference of United Church of Christ-Division of Outdoor Ministries.
