Changed name from Puckett to Paul.
Charged in Howell County,Missouri in 1895 of assaulting his brother-in-law James Thomas Butler."He hit him 3 or 4 times with an iron wedge",was found guilty by a jury and fine one dollar and costs. James T Butler was the father of Almon H Jones who was 6 months old in 1895.(also the father of William Bryan Jones)
