"Lucy". Lucy was the daughter of William M. and Julia Gordon Coulter, and the widow of Preston R. Phillips, who died in 1919. She was survived by her children Earl, Ruth Younkins, Wilbur, Bessye Mullendore, Maude Potter, Preston N. and Evelyn Miday, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers Charles and Milton Coulter, and sisters Annie Deener and Julia Burkitt.
Lucy was predeceased by a son, Raymond, in 1944, and two daughters, baby Edna in 1891 and Grace Younkins in 1940.
Lucy was a very religous woman and a member of the old West Brownsville Church of the Brethren.
