Wallace was my Great Uncle, he was the youngest of six children born to Henry Melvin and Lucinda Lenora Oliver
Due to unusual circumstances he was raised by Tom and Lydia Oliver Byard.
He was the brother of Allen, Otho, Adel, Alice, Eurie, and half brother to Tuck, Mary Edna, J.P. and Melvin
