Funeral services were held Wednesday for Mrs. LeRoy Dahl, age 50, of 2723 14th Ave. South, Minneapolis. Services were at 10 a.m. at Albin Chapel in Minneapolis followed by services at 2:00 p.m. at Clear Lake Baptist Church, Gibbon, with burial in the Clear Lake Baptist Cemetery. Pall bearers were Robert Kreft, Jerome Nordlund, Vincent Melquist, Lyle Dahl, Richard Cook and Lowell Peterson.
Mrs. Dahl, nee Lillie V. Peterson, is survived by her husband, LeRoy: daughters, Mrs. James (Beverly) Burman of Minnetonka, and Miss Iann Frances Dahl, Minneapolis: sons, Airman 2d Class Leland Dahl with the US Air Force, and James Dahl of Minneapolis: four sisters, Mrs. Ray Melquist, Mrs. Harold Melquist, Mrs. Hilda Kreft and Mrs. Harold Nordlund, all of the Gibbon area: and three brothers, Melvin Peterson, Gibbon, Einar Peterson, Creston, Iowa, and Lawrence Peterson, Arlington.
Mrs. Dahl was born at Gibbon January 11, 1915, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Franz Peterson. She had lived in Minneapolis for about 25 years.
