May E. Bollinger, 76, Lititz R4, died Monday at 9:45 p.m. at her residence. She had been under the care of a physician.
She was the wife of Alvin K. Bollinger. Born in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Wilhelm and Barbara Kreider Smith.
Mr. and Mrs. Bollinger, who resided at their Lititz R4 address for the past 42 years, celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Oct. 8.
She was a member of the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren, where she and her husband served as deacons.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons and one daughter: Galen S., Fredericksburg R1; Ralph S., Lancaster; Paul S., Leola; and Joanne S., wife of Raymond S. Musselman, Bethel. Fourteen grandchildren also survive, along with a brother and sister Wayne Smith, Annville, and Esther, wife of Luke Hibshman, Palmyra. [Lancaster New Era, Lancaster, PA, December 29, 1980]

Brubaker and the Rev. Mark Leininger officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Friends may call at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata, on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and from 1 p.m. until time of service at the church. Please omit flowers.
