Mrs. Rosa Cecil widow of the late Wash Cecil, and a member of one of the best known families of Washington county, died at her home Sunday morning Aug. 22 at 8 o'clock, her death being due to the infirmities of old age, the deceased having passed the four score mark. The funeral was held at St. Rose Monday morning and was attended by a large crowd of friends of the deceased.
