Beatrice Hansen Carr, 86, 829 Kensington Ave., died June 26 of causes incident to age in a Salt Lake nursing home.
Born July 28, 1889, Sandy, to Samuel and Elizabeth Simpson Spencer. Married Rupert Hansen, 1905. He died 1938. Married Joseph H. Carr. He died 1953.
Survivors: 2 sons, Donald C. Hansen, George E. Hansen, both Salt Lake City; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, brother, sister, Samuel L. Spencer, Mrs. Byron (Florence) Peugh, both Salt Lake City.
Graveside funeral Wednesday 11 a.m., Sandy City Cemetery. Friends call Tuesday 7-8 p.m., Eastman's Evans and Early, 574 E. 1st South.
