Anna (Cochran) Amspacher, 89, of Stewartstown, formerly of Country Meadows in York, died at 5:15 p.m. Friday at the Barbara J. Egan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Shrewsbury. She was the wife of the late David E. Amspacher.
The service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the J. J. Hartenstein Mortuary Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown. Burial will be in Stewartstown Cemetery. Viewing will be 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
Mrs. Amspacher was born Dec. 16, 1911, in Delta. She was the daughter of the late Howard and Sally (Stephens) Cochran.
She was a member of Eureka Volunteer Fire Company and Ambulance Club in Stewartstown and the American Association of Retired Persons.
Mrs. Amspacher is survived by two sons, Robert E. Amspacher and William D. Amspacher, both of Stewartstown; four daughters, Betty Orwig of York and Helen Lytle, Delores Eaton and Linda Wierman, all of Stewartstown; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Kilburn of Stewartstown.
Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Jacqueline Starz of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Glen Rock.
