CORTLAND Ralph E. Hall, 78, died early Tuesday morning, Dec. 18, 2007, at Meadowbrook Manor in Cortland.
Ralph was born Sept. 22, 1929, in Leavittsburg to Marshall and Elizabeth Wilson Hall.
A graduate of Chalker High School in Southington, Ralph joined the U.S. Army, where he served from 1949 to 1951 in the honor guard for Gen. Douglas McArthur during the occupation of Japan and the Korean War.
Ralph retired from Packard Electric in Warren after 33 years of service. He married Alice M. Maghee Hall in 1952.
Ralph leaves behind to cherish his memory Alice, his wife of 55 years; two sons; one daughter; one brother, David Hall; two sisters, Ruth Woodyard and Maryann Finn; and two grandchildren.
Internment has taken place at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna.
