EDITH PARKINSON SERVICES HELD

Mrs. Edith Parkinson Suggett died Wednesday night at her daughter's residence, 1906 North L St. She was a resident of Fort Worth but had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Clem E. George, for a year. She was 76 years old.

Services were held Thursday at Oak Grove Cemetery in Graham under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home. Rev. Dwight McCrea of Graham officiated.

Mrs. Suggett was born Oct. 7, 1899 in Hood County. Reared in the Graham area, she moved in 1928 to Fort Worth, where her husband, the late Francis W. Suggett, was an pioneer oil operator. Her husband died in 1959.

Mrs. Suggett lived in Fort Worth until one year ago when she moved to Midland. She maintained a home and office in Fort Worth at the time of her death.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Clem E. George of Midland; a brother Bern Parkinson of Graham; a grandson, Kenneth George of Midland; a granddaughter, Meredith George of Midland, and a number of nieces and nephews.
