Robert Jackson Haynie, Jr., age 90 of Newnan passed away August 2, 2010. He was born in Oconee County, GA to the late Robert Jackson Haynie, Sr. and Nora Whitehead. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey A. Haynie. He joined the Army Air Corps at the start of WWII and prior to WWII he served in the US Navy. He was a retired owner and vice president of Brooks Berry Haynie & Associates and founder of R.J. Haynie & Associates. Mr. Haynie is survived by his wife of 64 yrs., Polly W. Haynie "Bette", son, Robert J. Haynie III & wife Jeannie; daughters, Nancy Stanley & husband Harry; Nobie L. Haynie and Nancy G. Bruno. He is also survived by grandchildren; Rebecca Allgood, David Parks, Christopher Haynie, Jeffrey Haynie & Meredith Haynie, Chad Stanley and two great grandchildren; Will & Lauren Bray.
