Born Feb. 24, 1922, in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Seth E. Sr. and Irma S. Rosenberry Over.
She was a member of King Street United Brethren Church and its Buds of Promise Sunday School Class.
A graduate of Chambersburg High School class of 1940, she had worked in the office of Dice's Tire Shop for many years. She then owned and operated Hawthorne Stables.
Mrs. Dice was a member of Chambersburg Garden Club and was a volunteer for a number of local charitable organizations, including being a Girl Scout leader.
She and her husband, Marvin B. Dice, were married on Oct. 16, 1939. He died on July 16, 1993.
Surviving are a son, John A. II of chambersburg; a daughter Donna M. Hutzell of Chambersburg; a brother and two sisters, Seth E. Over and Barbara A. (Mrs. Strauss) Vinson, both of Chambersburg, and Dorthea P. (Mrs. George) Fuller of Fort Loudon; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial will be Tuesday in the Norland Cemetery.
