Ona Lee, 94, 1905 W. Pierce St., died today (Sept. 3, 1992).
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Carlsbad Cemetery.
Officiating will be the Rev. Ed Williamson of the First United Methodist Church.
Ms. Lee was born March 13, 1898, in Lakewood, N.M. She was raised and received her education in this area.
She married Dwight M. Lee July 7, 1923. They made their home in Carlsbad, where he served as Eddy County Sheriff for eight years. They also owned and operated the Dwight Lee Oil Company for years. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one nephew, John H. Millman, Carlsbad; one niece, Jean Millman, Carlsbad; and several grand-nephews and nieces.
