Isabell Frances Cushing Clifford, a resident of the Orange County Infirmary, Goshen, N.Y. formerly of Middletown, N.Y., died Thursday, April 10, 1986 at Horton Memoeial Hospital in Middletown, N.Y., after a long illness. She was 81. The daughter of the late Christopher and Ella Morse Cushing. She was born Aug. 20, 1904 in Denton. She was the widow of Leslie Clifford. Survivors include one daughter, Verna May Babcock of Newburgh, N.Y.; two sisters Esther Purgartio and Barbara Weadock, both of Middletown, N.Y.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 9a.m., Saturday at the Doulin-Newburgh Funeral Home, 318 N. Montgomery St., Newburgh, N.Y.. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
