Mrs. Bertha Lee, 86, widow of S. P. Lee, died yesterday in Chickasawaba Hospital. Born in Illinois, she had moved to Blytheville 70 years ago.


She was a member of the First Baptist Church.


She is survived by four daughters, Miss Jewel Lee and Miss Pearl Lee, both of Blytheville, Mrs. Georgia Walls of Memphis and Mrs. Mino F. Dover of Harrison, AR; one son, S. P. Lee Jr. of Memphis; two brothers, John R. Ratcliff and Ernest Ratcliff, both of Memphis; one sister, Mrs. Vena Cowan of Harrison; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.


Services will be a 2 p.m. tomorrow in the First Baptist Church, Rev. Alvis Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery by Cobb Funeral Home.


Married Simon Peter Lee on March 6, 1904, in AR.
