Mrs. Virginia H. Franks, 65, of Yosemite Drive, died Saturday in St. Luke's Hospital.

She was a cashier 15 years at the J.C. Penney Co., Southland Shopping Center, retiring in 1978.

She was a past secretary of Harvard Elementary School chapter of the Child Conservation League.

Surviving are her husband, Albin, and sons, David, Gary, Neal, and Dennis. Services will be at 10a.m. Tuesday in the Maison-Dardenne Mortuary, Maumee, where the body will be after 1 p.m. today. The family requests that any tributes be in the form of contributions to Park Congregational Church.
