Charles Micheal "Mike" Angelo of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 11, 1948 at Searcy, Arkansas, the son of the late Charles Griffin and Bernice Eileen Holland Angelo. He grew up in Cotton Plant, Arkansas. Mike was an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Little Rock where he served as Elder. He was also co-owner of Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan which was started by he and Michael Walton in 2002.

Mike died Monday, July 19, 2010 at the age of 62.

Survivors include his sister, Nancy Carolyn Angelo of Manning, Arkansas and a host of other very close friends that he also thought of as his family.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 24, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church in Little Rock with Rev. Jim Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Cotton Plant Memorial Cemetery, Cotton Plant, Arkansas with Michael Walton officiating. Visitation will be Friday, from 12:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan. Serving as Pallbearers: Adam Melton, Paul Cox, Ron Fleming, David Pruden, David Duke, and Reggie Marshall.

Mike requested that absolutely NO flowers be sent. If you would like to make a memorial contribution, please do so to one of the following organizations: First Presbyterian Church, 800 Scott Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201; The Grant County Museum, 521 Shackleford Road, Sheridan, Arkansas 72150; or Cotton Plant Memorial Cemetery Association P.O.
