Josephine H. Ammerman Mrs. Josephine H. Ammerman, 70, of Box 551, RD 1, died Saturday afternoon, Aug. 13,1994, at Altoona Hospital. She was born May 20,1924, in Altoona, the daughter of Robert and Florence (Miller) Shaal. She married Frank R. Ammerman on Sept. 18, 1947, in Altoona. Mrs. Ammerman was a member of First Baptist Church, v;here she served as deaconess and attended the Faith Joy Sunday School class. She was also a member of the Rainbow Girls, Altoona, and the Woodview Garden Club. Surviving are her husband, two daughters: Marsha Jo Nee of Altoona and Pamela Mauk of Juniata Gap; two brothers: Roy of Juniata and David of Delaware, Ohio; three sisters: Martha of Altoona, Mary of Juniata, and Elizabeth Bauscher in Florida; and two grandchildren. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata.


AMMERMAN — Private services for Josephine H. Ammerman of Box 551, RD 1, will be held at the convenience of the family at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Jumata,"by the Rev. Charles Kiloski and Rev, Robert Grossman. Interment at Grandview Cemetery. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. She is survived by two grandchildren: Misty Nee of Altoona, and Shelby Mauk of Juniata Gap.
