George Arnett, 90, of Albany, died Oct. 31.
Mr. Arnett was born in Canton,Il., the son of Edward and Molly Arnett, and moved to the Albany area at age 6.
He married Lenna Jackson on Jul 17, 1920, in Albany, and they owned and operated the Arnett Turkey Farm near Shedd for 45 years. They moved to North Albany when they retired and to the Mennonite Village in 1980.
Mr. Arnett belonged to the Albany First Assembly of God.
Survivors are his wife, Lenna of Albany; and many nieces and nephews.
A brother, Joe and a sister, Edna Hoefer, died before him.
Memorial services were held Saturday at the Albany Mennonite Home Chapel. A private burial service was at Willamette Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the Albany First Assembly of God or to the American Heart Association.
