She was the wife of Robert Lee Duggins, the son of Braxton Duggins and Mary Elizabeth (Bozarth) Duggins.
She died on August 9, 1960, in Grayson County, Kentucky. Aunt Effie had cervical cancer.
She was buried in the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Leitchfield. She was survived by her husband, who joined her there after his death on Otober 17, 1968.
