From the Dallas Morning News, Tuesday, February 3, 1920, p. 11:

Mrs. Clara Jane Goyne, wife of R. M. Goyne, died yesterday at the home of the family, 303 North Willomet avenue. She is survived by her husband, four sisters, Mrs. I. B. Howell, Mrs. Edwin Davis, Mrs. W. L. Bell and Miss Louise Snyder, and three brothers, M. S., F. L. R. and B. B. Snyder, all of Fort Worth. Funeral service will be held at the residence at 1 o'clock this afternoon after which the body will be taken to Fort Worth on a special car, leaving Boundary at 1:40 o'clock and arriving in Fort Worth at 2:30. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. The active pallbearers will be W. J. Fox, E. E. Fostor, W. T. Earnest, J. C. Boston and R. L. Lindsley. The honorary pallbearers will be Dr. J. P. Webster, J. E. Sandel, M. H. Leech, G. B. Morgan, J. G. Webster, B. P. Webster, J. M. Hanna, George M. Field, E. C. Blest, A. T. Walraven, J. H. Oden, J. T. Seals, J. Godron Starnes, Phillip Bell, E. D. Smith, J. M. Oesterman of Dallas and W. P. Boyd, W. D. Brown, E. Wallace, L. H. McKee, W. H. Angel and O. W. Gillespie of Fort Worth.

Mrs. Clara Jay Goyne of Dallas died Sunday in Dallas. She is survived by her husband, R. M. Goyne; three sisters, Mmes. I. B. Howell, Dr. Edward Davis, Walter L. Bell, all of Fort Worth; three brothers, Dr. F. L. R. Snyder of Ann Arbor and H. S. and B. B. Snyder, both of Fort Worth. Mrs. Goyne was a former resident of Fort Worth. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery Tuesday.
