Nancy Luella Womack was a daughter of William A. Womack and his wife Sarah E. Thompson of Hohenlinden (?), Chickasaw County, Mississippi. On 22 March 1891, she married Dr. Augustus T. B. Beauchamp (1864-1950), a native of Lamar County, Texas. He was a graduate of Tulane Medical School, and had begun his medical practice in Blossom, Texas in 1887.

At the time of his death in 1950, Dr. and Mrs. Beauchamp had three daughters: Miss Lucille Benton Beauchamp, Memphis, Tenn; Mrs. Oneita Virginia Beauchamp Packard, New Orleans, and Mrs. Helene Elizabeth Beauchamp Wheatley, El Paso, Texas. Mrs. Beauchamp lived to the amazing age of 101 years, 4 months and 1 day.
