Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. Thursday, conducted by Brother Brent King. Interment in Sharon Cemetery, Amite.
Survived by a daughter, Mary Williams; three sons, Jimmy, Michael and Randy Cox, all of Amite; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Cox; and two sisters, Doris Creel and Bernice Stump. Preceded in death by wife, Martha Walker Cox; a granddaughter, Regina Carol Addison; and nine brothers and sisters.
