From her aunt Sandy Franklin Howell:
I remember she had the most beautiful dark thick hair, eyebrows, long eyelashes and deep brown eyes. Although unable to focus her eyes, you could see that she found joy in touch and sounds. It was a sad situation, but she needed continuous special care, so she remained a ward of the hospital almost her entire life and until she passed in 2005. She is with God as one of his special children, always innocent and unaware of how harsh the world could be. God rest her perfect soul.
