"Page, Rev. E.G., of Oakland Me., was born in New Sharon, Me., Dec. 25, 1814. His parents were Reuben and Elizabeth (Jackson) Page...He married in March, 1837, Miss Mary G. Bursley, deceased, and has one son living. He married Mrs. Mary Bates, of Oakland, Sept. 12, 1885." according to page 505 of the Free Baptist Cyclopaedia, Historical and Biographical, by Rev. G.A. Burgess and Rev. J.T. Ward, Free Baptist Cyclopaedia Co., 1889 [retrieved from Google Books].

"Ezekiel G. Page, of Farmington Q.M. was ordained Dec. 10, 1839" according to "Ordinations" on page 164 of Volume II, Number 1, June 1840, the Freewill Baptist Quarterly Magazine [retrieved from Google Books]. Note that "Q.M." is the abbreviation for Quarterly Meeting.

"He has been pastor in Edgecomb, Booth Bay [sic], Woolwich, Westport, Brunswick, Georgetown, Richmond Village, West Gardiner, Winnegance, Bowdoinham, Richmond Corner, Litchfield Plains and West Bowdoin." Burgess and Ward, op. cit., p. 505.
