First wife of Johannes Friedrick Marcus "John F." BANNICK (whose mother, Henrietta, is in Grave 6.) We do not know Ida's maiden name; she and John had no children.

Ida shares Grave 7 with the infant children of John's niece, Chrystal, who is buried in Grave 3. Ida's husband (John) is buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Oakland, CA, with his 2nd wife.

"Bannick--In this city, September 23, Ida, beloved wife of J. F. Bannick, a native of Germany, aged 36 years and 8 months.
"-Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral to-morrow [sic] (Sunday), at 2 o'clock; from her late residence, 222 Devisadero street [sic]. Interment, Masonic Cemetery."

Note: San Francisco closed all of its in-ground cemeteries. Those already interred within the city-limits were removed to new cemeteries created for that purpose in the town of Colma, to the south. Ida and all others buried in the Bannick Family plot at the Masonic Cemetery were re-interred at Woodlawn Memorial Park on 09 Jul 1910.
