Tim was a fine young boy. I knew him for we attended school together.
He had a bright smile, with smokie blue eyes, and dark hair, and he loved his bike.

He was killed while riding his bike near Huntington Beach High School. A car came upon him and struck Tim down. Tim was pronounced dead at 6:25 PM at Memorial Hospital of Newport Beach California.

Tim had three brothers ,a Donald W. Walker of 729 Utica Ave. Huntington Beach California. Tim lived with his brother at the time of his death.

His oldiest brother Billy Walker and a third brother Jon S Walker (Jonny) with the 101st Airbourne. Jonny was about to be sent to Vietnam when Tim died and he came home to attend his younger brothers funeral.

I have never forgotten Tim after all these years. He was a sweet boy and he was well liked by so many.
His brother Jonny was my first love. Sadly I was told by another Jonny died in Vietnam. My heart grieved for a very long time.

I always had hoped it was a lie, that some where Jonny is still alive and doing well.
If not then may both these fine young men rest in peace knowing they are both remembered.

Update Jonny Walker is alive and well, living on the west coast. After by accident of his nephew finding this memorial was read and Jon was told about it. After over forty years the truth came afloat thanks to using findagrave.
