Bart Hall, a veteran belonging to Co. C, Twenty-fifth Illinois Reg., died at his home, five miles northeast of Homer, last Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, after a long illness. The deceased was 56 years old, and leaves a family. He was a good man, and stood high in the community in which he lived.
John Z. and F. S. Hall, of Vermilion Heights, are nephews of the deceased.
