FANNY HOLDINESS DIES AT SHREVEPORT
Miss Fanny M. Holdiness, formerly of Bastrop, died in a Shreveport hospital Saturday night following a long illness, it was reported here today. She was 41. Services were scheduled today at the Bastrop First Methodist Church with the Rev. Jack M. Midyett, pastor, officiating.

Miss Holdiness is a graduate of the Rayville High School and of Tyler Commercial College in Tyler, Texas. She had been working with the United Gas and Pipeline Company since 1927 in Monroe, Shreveport and Bastrop at various times. She was aresident of Bastrop for 23 years.

Miss Holdiness is survived by her mother:
Ida Anthony Holdiness (Mrs. Harvey W. Holdiness)
Three brothers:
Harvey W. Holdiness, Jr. of Monroe
James R. Holdiness of Bastrop
Richard T. Holdiness of Bastorp
Three sisters:
Irene Holdiness (Mrs. Porter Gladney Martin, Jr) of Norfolk, Virginia
