Mrs. Jefferson B. Sinclair, 86
A graveside service for Mrs. Carrie Curle Sinclair, 86, was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Sinclair Family Cemetery, "Sherwood" in Gloucester County. She died Saturday, May 17, 1986, in the Frances N. Sanders Nursing Home, Gloucester.
Mrs. Sinclair was a native of Hampton and had been a resident of the nursing home for about three years. She was the widow of Jefferson B. Sinclair.
She was a member of Hampton Baptist Church and a lifelong member of the United Daughters of the Confederacry.
Survivors include a son, James J. Sinclair of Naxera; a sister, Mrs. Herbert L. King of Hampton; a brother, James C. Sinclair of Hampton; and two grandchildren.
The service was conducted by the Rev. Dennis J. J. Schmidt, rector of Abingdon Episcopal Church, White Marsh.
Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point, was in charge.
