Albert Buffington Dies Thursday; Age 28 Years
Albert Buffington was born in Delphos August 30th, 1897 and died at the home of his father, James Buffington, October 15, 1925, aged 28 years, one month and 15 days.
He professed his faith in Christ and was united with the church in the year 1922.
He was united in marriage with Mable Davidson, in Central City, Nebraska, Feb. 2nd, 1918. There was born to them three children, Marjorie Louise, aged 7, Buelah May, aged 5 years and James Davidson, aged 2 years.
Albert was the son of James and Martha Buffington who were the parents of ten children; 7 of them being daughters and 3 of them sons, all of which grew to manhood and womanhood. This was the first death in the family.
He had been a sufferer from a disease which had fed upon his system, wasting away his splendid manhood until death relieved him of his suffering. He leaves this father and mother, seven sisters and two brothers and his wife and three children and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were held in the parental home, Saturday, October 17th, at 2:30 p.m. conducted by G.C. Smith. Burial was made in Delphos Cemetery.
