Loyce Bourne, 84, of Detroit died Thursday, April 20, 2006, at his residence.
Funeral services are set for 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, at First Christian
Church in Detroit with the Rev. Larry Seery officiating. Interment follows in
Detroit Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
He was born June 21, 1922, in Mississippi, the son of Dick and Alice Ewell
Bourne. He was retired from the banking industry. He was a member of the First
Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Bourne.
Survivors include his brother, Bill Bourne of Spring Valley, Calif.; niece
Carole Cook of Des Moines, Iowa; and special friends, Dale and Evelyn Miller of
Detroit.
